Adeniji Olaoluwa Ayodeji, aka Pablo, aka Keep the change bae is in the news again for claiming he was suicidal so as to get money from kind-hearted social media users.

Pablo became famous after he tried to shame a lady online because she rejected his advances after he took her on a date and spent N3,800 on both of them, but the lady got the upper hand by paying N5,000 into his account and told him to "keep the change". This birthed the hashtags, #5kBae and #KeepTheChangeBae.

After the #KeepTheChange incident died down Pablo was caught several times trying to scam people on social media using fake stories and fake accounts. He succeeded in duping a few people and he later apologised after he was exposed, then promised to return the money to everyone involved.

Two days ago, he returned to social media claiming he was suicidal so as to get pity, and hopefully money.
He wrote: "I am dying tomorrow . So this is goodbye."

When a Twitter user asked him to stop messing around, he replied: "Nigga fuck you. Who said I was messing around ??"
He then followed up with another tweet, saying: "I've made my decision already. Nothing anyone says is going to change mind. So you can all stop pretending you care. Thanks."
Shortly after, another tweet followed, "This is my final tweet. After 22 years on earth I've decided to call it quit. I can't keep living this way ,I've been strong for so long and I've reached my breaking point . I realize now that dying is easy and living is hard. And I've chosen the easy way out. Goodbye."

A Twitter user, who had no idea of Pablo's dubious history saw the tweet and asked for his account number to send N500,000 to him. But he informed a friend about it and the friend knew about Pablo's story and warned him against it. Pablo later sent the Twitter user a message asking for the money promised.

Pablo was later exposed by a Twitter user, Iya Laje of Lagos, the same person who outed him last year when he scammed people with fake accounts.

In reply, Pablo wrote: "I was broke and suicidal and someone offered me money making me reconsider and now I'm a scammer cause of that ?? So I should have turned down money I needed or what?? The things y'all do for a couple of retweets I didn't message anyone for money they messaged me offering money."
